A legal agreement that reauthorized a person (the Agent) to act on behalf of the offshore company making him the Attorney-in-Fact.
When an offshore company is registered and nominee services are used it is a common practice for nominee director to issue POA to the beneficiary of the offshore company with authorisation to act on the offshore company’s behalf.
